What counts as a "session"?

A session is one unique visitor per banner-shown event per day. Repeat pageviews on the same day don't double-count, and once a visitor saves consent the banner never re-shows for them (until policy changes).

What happens near the Agency session limit?

Nothing breaks. The banner stays live and receipts keep signing. We alert you before the Agency monthly limit is reached, then Publisher gives you unlimited sessions on a flat plan.

Is the Free plan really IAB-grade?

Yes. Same engine on every plan. IAB TCF v2.2, GPP, Google Consent Mode v2, signed receipts - all on the Free plan. Paid tiers include workflow features (branding, A/B, Slack), not compliance.

Can I self-host on my own server?

Yes - Publisher and Enterprise plans include a deployable PHP bundle you can run on your own infrastructure. The hosted dashboard is optional.

Do you store visitor data outside the EU?

No. Our hosted infrastructure is in the EU (Frankfurt). Consent records, scanner data and analytics never leave EU borders unless you self-host elsewhere.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly billing, no contracts, no setup fees. Cancel inside the dashboard.
